பல தசாப்தங்களாக வடக்கு கலிபோர்னியா தமிழர்கள் (TNC) அமைப்பு
பல்வேறு கலாச்சார, சமூக மற்றும் கல்வி நிகழ்வுகள் மூலம் வட கலிஃபோரினாவில் உள்ள தமிழர்கள் ஒன்றிணைத்து தங்கள் பாரம்பரியத்தை கொண்டாட ஒரு தளத்தை வழங்குவதில் கவனம் செலுத்தி வருகின்றது . வட கலிபோர்னியாவில் உள்ள தமிழர்களிடையே சமூக உணர்வை உருவாக்குவதையும், தாயகத்திலிருந்து வெகு தொலைவில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவான வலையமைப்பை வழங்குவதையும் இந்த அமைப்பு அயராது நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
இப்போது முதன்முறையாக, இந்த முயற்சிகளை அடுத்த கட்டத்திற்கு எடுத்துச் செல்ல எங்கள் இணையதளத்தில் “TNC Talents” என்ற புதிய ஆன்லைன் தளத்தை அறிவிப்பதில் நாங்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறோம். இத்தளம் தமிழ் மொழி, கலாச்சாரம் மற்றும் பாரம்பரியம் தொடர்பான கட்டுரைகளை, கவிதைகள் , மற்றும் ஏனைய படைப்புகளை வெளியிடுவதில் ஆர்வமுள்ள எங்கள் சமூக உறுப்பினர்களுக்காக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
எங்கள் வழக்கமான நிகழ்வுகள் மற்றும் நிகழ்வு வரம்புகளுக்கு அப்பால் எங்கள் சமூக உறுப்பினர்களின் திறமைகளை வெளிப்படுத்த “TNC Talents” எங்களுக்கு ஒரு அற்புதமான வாய்ப்பாகும். எங்கள் சமூகம் அற்புதமான எழுத்தாளர்கள், கலைஞர்கள் மற்றும் படைப்பாளிகளால் நிரம்பியுள்ளது என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம், அவர்கள் சொல்ல தனித்துவமான கதைகளையும் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள நுண்ணறிவுகளையும் கொண்டுள்ளனர்.
TNC Talents இல் கட்டுரைகள் எழுதுவதற்கோ அல்லது தங்கள் படைப்புகளை வெளியிடுவதற்கோ ஆர்வமுள்ள அனைத்து சமூக உறுப்பினர்களும் தங்கள் உள்ளடக்கத்தை எங்கள் வலைத்தளத்தின் மூலம் சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு நாங்கள் ஊக்குவிக்கிறோம். நீங்கள் ஒரு தனிப்பட்ட கதை, ஒரு கவிதை, கட்டுரை அல்லது தமிழ் கலாச்சாரம் பற்றிய மற்றும் ஏனைய ஆக்கங்கள் அனைத்தையும் சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளுகின்றோம்
TNC Talents தமிழ் சமூகத்தை இணைக்கவும், கற்றுக்கொள்ளவும், உலகத்துடன் நமது கலாச்சாரத்தை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளவும் ஒரு மையமாக மாறும் என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம். இந்த மேடையில் எங்கள் சமூக உறுப்பினர்கள் உருவாக்கும் அற்புதமான உள்ளடக்கத்தைப் பார்க்க ஆவலுடன் காத்திருக்கிறோம்.

For decades Tamils of Northern California(TNC) has been focusing on providing a platform for Tamils in Northen Califorina to come together and celebrate their heritage through various cultural, social, and educational events. The organization tirelessly aimed to create a sense of community among Tamils in Northern California, and to provide a supportive network for those who are far from their homeland.
Now for the first time, we are excited to announce a new online platform that we have added to our website to take these efforts to the next level. The platform called “TNC Talents” under our website, is specifically designed for our community members who are interested in writing articles or publishing their work related to Tamil language, culture, and heritage.
TNC Talents is a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase the talents of our community members beyond our regular events and the event limitations. We believe that our community is full of amazing writers, artists, and creatives who have unique stories to tell and insights to share.
We encourage all community members who are interested in writing articles or publishing their work on TNC Talents to submit their content through our website. Whether you want to share a personal story, a piece of poetry, or an essay on Tamil culture, we welcome all submissions.
