நிகழ்ச்சித் தேவைகளுக்கு இடமளிக்க TNC கலாச்சார குழு தனது சிறந்த முயற்சியை மேற்கொள்ளும் மற்றும் சாத்தியமில்லாத பட்சத்தில் TNC கலாச்சார துணைக் குழு, மாற்று வழிகளை ஒருங்கமைக்க நிகழ்ச்சி தயாரிப்பாளர்களுடன் இணைந்து செயல்படும்.
நிகழ்ச்சி வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்:
- TNC கலாச்சார துணைக் குழுவால் நிகழ்ச்சி நிரல் வரிசை இறுதி செய்யப்படும்.
- பாட்டு, நடனம், வாத்தியம், நாடகம் போன்ற தமிழ் கலாச்சாரத்துடன் தொடர்புடைய பல்வேறு நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் பங்களிக்க சமூகத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கிறோம். கொடுக்கப்பட்ட எங்கள் கட்டமைப்பிற்கு ஏற்ப சமர்பிக்கப்பட்ட நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கு அதிக முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும்.
- அனைத்து நிகழ்ச்சிகளும் தமிழ் மொழியினை மையமாக கொண்டதாக இருக்கவேண்டும் (பாடல்கள், உரையாடல்கள்)
- ஒவ்வொரு நிகழ்ச்சிகளும் நிகழ்ச்சி நிரல் சமர்ப்பிப்பு பக்கத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட நேர வரையறைக்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும் (அமைவு நேரம் உள்ளடங்களாக). எந்தவொரு நிகழ்ச்சியும் நேர வரையறையை மீறினால், ஒத்திகையின் போது மதிப்பாய்வு செய்யப்படும்.
- பங்கேற்பாளர்களின் பெற்றோர் ஒவ்வொருவரும், நிகழ்ச்சி புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் வீடியோக்களை எங்கள் வலைதளம் மற்றும் சமூக ஊடக தளங்களில் விளம்பர மற்றும் தகவல் பரிமாற்ற நோக்கங்களுக்காக பதிவேற்ற வட கலிபோர்னியர்கள் சங்கத்திற்கு அங்கீகாரம் வழங்க வேண்டும். உங்கள் ஒப்புதலை வழங்க எங்கள் நிகழ்ச்சி டிஜிட்டல் ஊடக ஒப்புதல் படிவத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தவும்!
- சமூகப் பங்கேற்பை அதிகரிக்க குழு நிகழ்ச்சிகளாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- நிகழ்சிகளின் தரம் முக்கியமானது.
பங்கேற்பாளர்கள்:
- TNC அமைப்பின் தற்போதைய உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் அவர்களின் குழந்தைகளுக்கு நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்பதற்கு அனுமதி வழங்கப்படும் . TNC இன் உறுப்பினர்களின் குழந்தைகளிடமிருந்து அதிகபட்ச பங்கேற்பை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது. TNC உறுப்பினராக இந்த படிவத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
- அனைவருக்கும் வாய்ப்புக்களை வழங்குமுகமாக பரந்த சமூகப் பங்கேற்பை நாங்கள் ஊக்குவிக்கிறோம்
- பங்கேற்பாளர்களுடன், அவர்களுடன் வரும் நண்பர்கள், உடன்பிறந்தவர்கள், பெற்றோர்கள் மற்றும் தாத்தா பாட்டி உட்பட அனைவரும் நுழைவுச்சீட்டு வாங்க வேண்டும்.

நமது சமூக உறுப்பினர்களின் பரவலான பங்கேற்பை ஊக்குவிக்கவும், நேரத்தை இன்னும் திறம்பட நிர்வகிக்கவும், இரண்டுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் பங்கேற்க வேண்டாம் என்று பரிந்துரைக்கப்படுகிறது.
- விதி விலக்குகளுக்கு பொருளாதர நிலமை கருத்தில் கொள்ளப்படும்.

நீங்கள் TNC நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு செலவு செய்யும் நேரத்தினை, நீங்கள் பணியாற்றும் வேலைதளத்தில் தொண்டு நேரமாக பதிவு செய்து, அதனை நன்கொடை பணமாக TNCயிற்கு வழங்க முடியும் என்பதனை அறிய தருகின்றோம். இதனை கருத்தில் கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளுகின்றோம். இது தொடர்பாக மேலதிக தகவல்கள் தேவைபடின் எங்களை தொடர்புகொள்ளவும்.
Please do consider the following guidelines while submitting a program!
TNC will make its best effort to accommodate the program requirements and in case not possible the TNC Cultural Sub Committee will work with program producers to come up with agreeable alternatives.
Program Guidelines
- Program line up is finalized by the TNC Cultural Sub Committee.
- We encourage the community to contribute diversity of programs such as Singing, Dance, Instrumental, Drama, etc that are related to Tamil culture. Programs that fits our framework given will be given higher priority.
- Unless a program requires a specific reason, all programs must incorporate Tamil language songs, dialogues, etc.
- Each program is given a fixed time in the program submission page; including setup time. Any program that violates this contract risk of it being cancelled.
- Parents of each participant will be required to authorize Tamils of Northern California to capture and post event photographs and videos on our website and social media platforms for promotional and informational purposes. Please use our Event Digital Media Opt-in Form to provide your consent!
- We require group programs to maximize the community participation.
- To encourage wider participation within our community members and to manage the timing more effectively, it is recommended not to take part in more than two programs.
- Quality of programs is important.
Participants
- TNC members & children will get to participate in the programs. You can use the online form to become a TNC member.
- We encourage wider community participation and provide opportunity for every individual to participate.
- All attendees including friends, siblings, parents, and grandparents should purchase tickets.
- Exceptions only on prior hardship approval.

Please be aware that several corporate companies allow participants (parents, producers) to log volunteer hours and donate the matching funds to TNC.
